Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. Generally, consumed credits are non-refundable unless due to a technical failure of our Service.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the generated content will meet your specific requirements or be error-free.
